Cabinet emulator for the Low cost Valve Guitar Amplifier
With the move towards In ear monitoring in PA systems today, the quiet stage is getting closer to reality, however one of the noise sources still remaining is the Guitar amplifier.
One reason for this is that a lot of the characteristic 'Electric Guitar' sound comes from the interaction between the Guitar, the Amplifier and its speaker.
While I cannot claim that this circuit perfectly models the characteristics of a Guitar speaker it does go a fair way to emulating the tonal characteristics of one.
